I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for me, situated near the beautiful Kassel valley and surrounded by the lush forest. It truly felt like a tranquil getaway close to nature. The service here was top-notch, with the friendly staff providing excellent room service and keeping the housekeeping at a high standard. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality provided at this venue.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families, as it offers fantastic amenities and services that cater to all ages and needs.

The breakfast was decent, and the beds were comfortable enough. We appreciated the cleanliness and modern look of the establishment. The sauna center seemed promising and was correct, despite the missing hammam room and cold indoor pool. The location was great because it was a short walk to the city center and onsite parking was convenient.

A rude waiter in the restaurant. We were overcharged for drinks such as a small glass of a mix of apple juice and water that was listed on the bill as a bottle of water and apple juice.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area near the forest and close to nature where one can enjoy a relaxing stay. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a good variety of food options. the swimming pool and garden were great facilities to use, and the sauna added to the relaxation experience.

Parking options were limited and sometimes had to be shared with the public.

The location of our room was not ideal, and the noise from the highway was a constant disruption during all hours of the night. the lack of room service and mini-bar were a bit inconvenient, as we had to go out and find options nearby when we wanted a snack or drink.

We absolutely loved the hotel facilities, starting from the swimming pool area with a private garden to the very comfy sauna. Moreover, having breakfast with a beautiful view of the city made our mornings very special. The staff was very friendly and social, especially the Spanish waiter who really amazed us with his hospitality. Additionally, our room was very clean and well-maintained, with a great view of the surrounding area.
